You can cancel your order on the same day by contacting our customer care team before it is shipped.
If canceled in time, we will refund the full amount to your account. Please note, it may take up to 8-9 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. To cancel an order before it is dispatched; please email us at welcome@ritzybeauty.in between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We will assist you with the cancellation process.
Please be aware that Ritzy Beauty reserves the right to cancel any order without prior confirmation and may verify the order with the customer via phone or email before shipping.
Returns / Refunds:
If you have received a wrong, expired, damaged, or missing product, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that you film an unboxing video, as this is required for us to process your request. Without the video, we won’t be able to consider your return or exchange.

Once we receive your request, our representative will respond within 7 business days. After reviewing and approving your return, we will arrange for a pick-up through our courier partner. If reverse pick-up is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the product using a reliable courier service.
Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will verify the claim and process the replacement or refund. Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability. Additionally, service, delivery, or payment gateway charges are non-refundable. The refund will be issued either to your original payment method or your authorized bank account.
Return/replacement can only be initiated under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product delivered – physical damage/tampered product or packaging
- Incomplete order – missing products
Return/replacement requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Opened/used/altered products.
- Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.).
- The return/replacement request is generated and the damaged/missing product is reported after 7 days from the date of delivery.
How are returns processed?
If you wish to return a product, we’ll arrange for our courier partners to pick it up within 5-7 business days after receiving your return request. Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected by our quality control team. If it passes the quality control, we’ll initiate a refund for you. Please note that you can only return eligible products within 7 days of delivery. In case of part returns, you can return any eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
Cancelled or returned orders:
If you paid for your order online, we’ll process your refund within 7 business working days and return the money to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll need your bank details to issue the refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?
If you cancel an order, we’ll process the refund within 7 business days. For returns, we’ll refund the money after our warehouse receives and checks the product, which takes up to 2 weeks after the pickup.
